We have also partnered with payment merchants such as Stripe and Authorize.net so that you can get paid online and keep your payment processing fees low. Just so that you know, RPM PRO is fee free, you manage your own merchant account with your payment provider and no payments go through us, everything is directly to you.

Managing your invoices and payments is simple too! Quick view buttons show you invoices based on your criteria, allowing you to find say, paid rent invoices at just 1 click of your mouse. You can edit every aspect of your invoices including line items, payment gateway, taxes and everything else that you would expect from an invoicing system. You can even set invoices to draft, so that you dont need to publish until you are ready for your tenant or guest to see it.

• Service Rep - Has access to designated service requests

Everyone can have their own login and manage their own accounts. You can also track every movement that one of your staff makes with our admin tracking system, so that you can make sure that everyone is doing their jobs or that landlords are getting their property reports.

AUTOMATED HOUSEKEEPING REQUESTS & TENANT SIDE SERVICE REQUESTS

Keeping track of your housekeepers and your service technicians has often resulted in having to use yet another 3rd party program. Well no more, RPM inteligently tracks your housekeepers and service reps so that you dont have to. With easy Calendar overview you and your staff can see exactly where and what needs to be done. Each housekeeper or service technician even gets their own account so that they can log into the system and keep you, the owner and the tenant updated.

Tenants can submit service requests 24/7 - 365 days a year and even upload photos directly to the service requests via their tenant portal. It makes service & maintenance management much easier as the tenant, landlord & even the service rep can all have a conversation on the same service request so that the issue can be resolved far faster than doing everything over the phone.

It doesn't stop there either, the housekeeping requests are generated automatically when a booking is confirmed, you can even assign housekeepers to properties so that the request is not only automatically generated but also automatically assigned to a housekeeper. All of this with full cost & expense tracking means you will never need a 3rd party software again!
